The Condo

This brand new (completed in 2005), beautiful air-conditioned 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is located in the heart of Tamarindo, right across from the beach. It's fully furnished, spacious (1320 square foot), and has all the amenities, including fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, stereo, TV (+cable), DVD. It's modern and tastefully decorated.

The main room is an open concept design, combining the kitchen, dining and living areas. The kitchen is fully supplied and features granite countertops including a hosting bar, beautiful cabinets, and all the appliances. The dining room features a table with seating for six. The living room has a pull-out couch (which can sleep two), coffee table and stereo/TV/DVD. The large terrace is equipped with patio furniture, and faces out onto the oversized, kidney-shaped pool. The unit is on the ground floor, so the pool can be accessed directly from the terrace.

Both bedrooms have king beds which can also be configured as 2 twin beds. The master bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom.

The suite is ideal for 1 or more couples, a group, or a family. It sleeps up to 6 people.

The Sunrise condominium complex is of Spanish, hacienda style design, located right in the heart of Tamarindo (see Maps page). It features 24-hour security, parking and an oversized pool. It's just a few steps from everything, including numerous restaurants, bars, shopping, surf shops, tourist office, bank, casino and internet cafe. It's directly across the main street from the beach, Playa Tamarindo. There's really no need for a rental car (rental agencies are also just steps away), unless it's for road trips to the numerous nearby parks and attractions. Despite its central location, the Sunrise complex is still quiet, safe and private. Believe us when we say that there is no better location in Tamarindo!
